2.7. Subpoenas – Court-ordered disclosure for discovery (63G-2-207)

A subpoena is court-ordered request for disclosure of records. A subpoena is part of the judicial process and should not be responded to without the help of legal counsel. A subpoena should be turned over to the attorney who represents the agency immediately as there are critical time limits.

A subpoena is not a GRAMA request.
