Overview

Case Law Library provides access to published opinions of the United States Supreme Court, Utah Supreme Court, and District Courts that relate to the Government Records and Access Management Act (GRAMA).

A majority of the case laws presented stem from the State Records Committees decisions that went to litigation. We have identified and cross referenced the State Records Committee’s decisions that have gone in front of a judicial review to the respective court opinions.

For further research and information court case dockets, pleadings, filings and opinions can be searched online in a number of ways, including keyword, case name, case number, case citations, and judge. The following Websites provide free access to the court opinions and decisions:
