State Records Committee Order of Continuance

IN THE STATE RECORDS COMMITTEE FOR THE STATE OF UTAH

UTAH FEDERAL DEFENDER OFFICE, Petitioner, vs.

MARK SHURTLEFF, UTAH ATTORNEY GENERAL, Respondent.

ORDER CONTINUING IN CAMERA REVIEW AND HEARING

The above matter having come on regularly for hearing before the State Records Committee for the State of Utah on December 11, 2008, the parties appearing through counsel, and the Committee having received the pleadings of the parties, the evidence and arguments offered, and having received documents from the Respondent Utah Attorney General’s Office for in camera review, and based upon the documents submitted for in camera review not being complete, it is hereby

ORDERED that the in camera review and the hearing shall be and the same are hereby continued until the next meeting of the Records Committee, Thursday, January 8, 2009 at the hour of 9:00 a.m.; it is further

ORDERED that Respondent Utah Attorney General’s Office shall submit to the Executive Secretary of the State Records Committee all of the contested documents, including attachments to the emails, on or before December 24, 2008, so that the individual members of the Records Committee may conduct further in camera review prior to the January hearing; it is further

ORDERED that at the January 8, 2009 meeting of the Committee the hearing in this matter shall resume and the Committee will continue its in camera review of the contested documents.

This Order was made without the objection and with the consent of the parties.
