Scope and Content
The Newsletter is a publication of the Governor's Committee on Children and Youth of Utah. The committee was created by the state legislature in 1961 in cooperation with the 1960 White House Conference on Children and Youth. It aimed to stimulate programs and activities serving youth. The newsletter contains reports on state-wide and local community efforts, youth legislation, meetings and conferences, statistical information and other related topics.
