These are the minutes and meeting files of the foundation created to raise funds for and publish the second and third editions of the book "Utah, Guide to the State." The files document the support the foundation received and are maintained in the event that another edition is possible. The information includes names of committee members and those attending the meetings or who were willing to support the foundation, issues, and actions taken by the committee.
