Scope and Content
This series consists of a register of securities issuers, which acts as a record of registration (UCA 1953 61-1-25[2008]). The typewritten pages record such information as case number, name of company, headquarters, total stock, securities offered, company officers, whether it is a renewal and the date of registration. The register reflects one of the final steps in the securities registration process for corporations.

Gaps in Series
No volumes were located to cover case numbers 4527 to 5230 (approximately 1960-1963), along with #3177 and anything after #6200 (1966).
Processing Note
An additional volume (1963-1966) was located in 2004 in Series 5537, Administrative records, and added to the series in July 2008 by Gina Strack. In the course of processing, title was changed from "Issuers cases registers #1-4526."
