Research Note
The records in this series are found exclusively on microfilm. It appears that they consist of all records created by the MX Coordination Office. However, the filming took place before the records were classified by record series and sent to the Utah State Archives for permanent retention. The possibility exists that there are records on microfilm that may not appear in the written record (and vice-versa). It has been determined that an attempt to reconcile the film with the large volume of record would be too time consuming and difficult, and that the microfilm copies in this series should continue to be preserved as they are.
