Scope and Content
These reports describe the activities for the preceding year for this office. The reports contain information pertaining to receipts, disbursements, funds transfers, and account balances.
Arrangement
Chronological.
Some issues, like the first one from 1896, cover a single calendar year but most cover one (annual)or two (biennial) fiscal years from July to June of the next year.Related Records
Journals from the Legislature. Senate, Series 409, contain copies of treasurer reports 1882-1890 as part of the governor's annual address to a joint session of the legislature.
Journals from the Legislature. House of Representatives, Series 456, contain copies of treasurer reports 1882-1890 as part of the governor's annual address to a joint session of the legislature.
Journals from the Legislative Assembly, Series 3145, contain treasurer reports through 1880 as part of the governor's address to a joint session of the legislature.
Custody History
Reports from 1913-1914, 1917-1918, and 1919-1920 were received from the Utah State Library in December 2022 and added as extra copies.
