Scope and Content
This series contains the revised, codified, and published ordinances written and adopted by the Spring City Council. Ordinances cover a variety of topics and guide the city's governance of the people and spaces inside its limits. Topics include definitions of terms of office for elected officials; water and utilities; taxes collected by the city; business licenses; sanitation and quarantine; keeping animals; criminal offenses; curfews; and more. These published volumes also include lists of city officials (especially mayors) over time.
