Scope and Content
This series contains a book used to record monetary judgments issued by the court in civil cases. The docket serves as an abstract of judgments issued which the court clerk used to track judgments owed and payment of those judgments. This docket includes such information as the parties involved in a case, the amount of the judgment issued, date of judgment, judgment record number, appeal and judgment in appellate court, if applicable, and date of satisfaction (payment) of judgment. An alphabetical index to this docket was recorded by the court clerk at the front of the volume.
