Scope and Content
This series contains a register book documenting actions in criminal cases heard by the court and recorded by the court clerk. This register of action contains such information as the names of defendants, nature of crimes, and filing dates for any associated affidavits, warrants, orders of transfer, bail bonds, appeals, motions, orders from the court, findings, and judgments.

Numerical by case number and generally chronological by filing date.
Custody History
The First District Court for Rich County transferred the records in the series dating from 1896-1998 to the State Archives in November 2018.
