Scope and Content
This series contains the official record of meetings of the Town Council, and later the City Council. The minutes typically include the date, time and place of the meeting; the names of members present and absent; the substance of all matters discussed, and a record of votes taken. Later minutes include supplementary materials relating to the topics discussed in the meeting. The series also contains some Planning Commission, and Board of Adjustments minutes that were filed with the City Council minutes at various times.
