Scope and Content
This series contains the official records of meetings of the Town Council and of the Planning Commission. Prior to 2008 the minutes of the two bodies had been filed separately, but that year they began to be filed together. The series contains public notices with the agenda for each meeting, along with the minutes for the meetings. The minutes typically include the date, time and place of the meeting; the names of members present and absent; the substance of all matters discussed, and a record of votes taken. The minutes typically have a date of approval and the Town Council minutes are signed by the mayor and the town clerk. Planning Commission minutes are signed by the chair and the town clerk.
