Scope and Content

This series contains card files used to track building and demolition permits issued for specific buildings in the city. Each card typically contains such information as the address of the building, the owner, permit numbers for building, electrical and plumbing permits, date of each permit, and when the building was eventually demolished.

Arrangement

Alphanumerical by street name.

Custody History

These records were transferred to the Utah State Historical Society by Salt Lake City sometime in the 1970's. The Historical Society transferred them to the State Archives in July of 2017.
