Scope and Content

This series contains employee absence reports compiled by the individual schools and by the district in a monthly report. These records tracked mainly teacher absences throughout the school year, and contain such information as employee name, date of absence, reason for the absence and who substituted for the employee.

Arrangement

Chronological, thereunder alphabetical by school and teacher surname.

Custody History

The school district transferred these records to the State Archive in January 2016.
