Scope and Content
This series contains student register books, and other pre printed forms used to track student performance throughout the school year. The forms contain such information as grades in various subjects, attendance information, addresses of students, and whether or not students were promoted to the next level or grade. This series contains a small sampling of forms and booklets over a fifteen year period. The series appears to include records from both the elementary grades as well as the junior high.

Custody History
The school district transferred these records to the State Archive in January 2016.

This series is classified as Private: Information about minors under 21 years of age is considered private for 100 years. (Utah Code 63G-2-310).

Gaps in Series
The Archives only holds a sampling of records over a period from 1922-1960. All other records from this series have presumably been destroyed.Processing Note
