Scope and Content
This series contains pre-printed forms used to track end of term promotions. These forms were used by teachers to track student performance through each division of the term. The forms contain such information as the grade and division of the class, the teacher, student list and whether they were promoted to the next division, retained or demoted. It also contains any remarks by the teachers. There is only one grouping of reports in this series, and only one or two terms are represented.
Arrangement
Each sheet is arranged alphabetically by student surname.
Custody History
The school district transferred these records to the State Archives in January 2016.

This series is classified as Public: Information about minors under 21 years of age becomes public after 100 years. (Utah Code 63G-2-310).

Gaps in Series
