Scope and Content
This series contains pre-printed forms used to track year end grades, attendance and promotion. These forms were used by teachers to track student performance. The forms contain such information as grades in various subjects, attendance information, addresses of students, and whether or not students were promoted to the next grade . There are only two sheets in this series from one teacher of one class.

By gender, thereunder alphabetical by student surname.
Custody History
The school district transferred these records to the State Archive in January 2016.
