Scope and Content
Community Development Block Grants support the development of healthy communities by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment and expanding economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income. The application guides provide instruction and guidance regarding state and federal requirements to persons seeking to apply for grants. The guides contain information pertaining to program goals and objectives, funding processes, federal compliance requirements, program guidance, housing programs, economic development and appeal procedures.
