Scope and Content
This series contains a record from staff meetings of principals and other supervisors in the school district. The meetings were initially held monthly and then weekly during the school year and were used to disseminate information from the district superintendent and other district staff to principals and supervisors. While the records are labeled collectively as minutes, they are identified individually as circulars and numbered consecutively over the school year. They were not created as formal minutes, but rather as summaries of information discussed in the meetings to be reproduced and distributed. The topics discussed in the meetings touch on virtually all aspects of school operations, including such things as holiday schedules, events, district policies, staffing, charity fund drives, and teacher training opportunities.

Custody History
The Ogden School District transferred the records in this series to the State Archives in January 2016.
