Scope and Content

This series contains forms used to record hours worked by school district employees. The records dating from 1951-1958 are time slips recording the work performed by non-contract employees, primarily custodial and maintenance workers. The later records dating from 1968-1976 appear to be for all non-salaried employees, including custodial, secretarial, and school lunch staff.

The time sheets typically include such information as the name and mailing address of the employee, Social Security number, type of employee, school or office where the employee worked, pay period dates, number of hours worked, leave hours taken. The forms also include the signature of the employee and of the school principal or supervisor.

Arrangement

Chronological by school year, thereunder alphabetical by employee name.

Custody History

Ogden School District transferred the records in this series to the State Archives in December 2015.
