Scope and Content
This series contains various records compiled by the school Parent Teacher Association (PTA) to document its organization and activity each school year. The series includes a book of meeting minutes, a scrapbook, and a series of "history book" binders. The minutes outline the substance of PTA meetings. The scrapbook includes documentation of the formation of the Grandview PTA, along with programs, photos , and newspaper clippings The binders are similar to scrapbooks and contain information about PTA members and officers, bylaws, meeting minutes, and reports. They also include school staff rosters, class photos, event calendars, flyers and programs for projects and events, and various related newspaper clippings and photographs.

Custody History
This series was created by the Grandview School P. T. A., but was kept in the care of the school until the school closed in 2008. When the school closed and the building was demolished, records from the school went to the school district offices. The school district then transferred them to the State Archives.
