Scope and Content
This series contains a book used to record the minutes of meetings of the Coop board of directors. The minutes include such information as the date and place of each meeting, the name of the person directing the meeting, a summary of the business conducted, and the names or signatures of the president and secretary.

Custody History
The book in this series was in possession of the Tooele County Clerk for some time, several decades at a minimum. The clerk cared for the record and at some point had the binding repaired and a canvas cover made for the book. How or when the book came into the possession of the clerk's office is unknown. It could have come to the clerk as part of a legal proceeding when the clerk also acted as clerk of the district court, but the clerk could also have received it in a less official way. The County Clerk transferred the book to the State Archives in May 2014.
