Scope and Content
This series contains copies of monthly and annual reports of the city sexton to the city council. The reports are filled out on pre-printed forms and include space to record the month and year, number and gender of deaths, causes of death, cemetery lots sold, dates of sale, description of lots sold, names of purchasers, purchase price, and the number of "burials from other places." There is also room for the date and the sexton's signature. These reports were apparently compiled monthly along with an additional year-end report.

This series contains the records that survive in the cemetery office. It is missing reports for some months, especially from the 1960's. There is also a large gap between 1945 and 1961. It not clear if the gaps in the series are a result of no reports being created or if some reports have been lost over the years.

The microfilm in this series was archivally processed by Alan Barnett in September 2013. Digital copies on M-disc were processed in December 2015.
