Scope and Content
This series consists of an inventory of burials in the Jensen Cemetery. The records are mostly typewritten with a few handwritten pages. It appears that the inventory list was created in the late 1970's with additional information added afterwards. It is unclear if the information in the records came from earlier cemetery records or from a headstone survey and genealogical research. The inventory includes such information as the name of the deceased, birth and death dates, and names of parents and spouse. The series also includes few notes related to burials in the cemetery.

Roughly alphabetical by first letter of last name.
Custody History
This series was likely created by individuals associated with the Jensen Cemetery in the late 1970's. At some point the records came into the possession of the Uintah County Regional History Center as part of the Center's efforts to document cemeteries in the region.
