Scope and Content

This series contains pre-printed 5" x 8" cards used to record information about lot ownership and the identity of burials in each lot. The cards for Section "A" are arranged by block and lot number and those for Sections "B" and "C" are by owner. The front side of the cards provides space to note such information as the owner's name and address, date of purchase, price of lot, deed number, date of deed, and miscellaneous information . The cards also give the location of the lot and show a diagram of the lot with eight graves and the names and dates of any persons buried in those graves. The back of the card provides space for recording payments and a list of those interred in the lot along with the corresponding grave number.

Arrangement

Alphabetical by block and thereunder numerical by lot number for Block A and alphabetical by owner name for Blocks B-D.
