Scope and Content
This series contains city government financial records. The ledger was used to record both expenditures and income for the city, including expenditures for such things as employee salaries, road improvements, electrical plant operations, waterworks construction, street sprinkling, and city hall maintenance. It also records income from such sources as fines, dog taxes, interest on bonds, and taxes.

Custody History
This ledger was found among records in the Springville Cemeteries office when the cemetery records were being microfilmed in 2013. The ledger was microfilmed and returned to the cemeteries office.
