Scope and Content
These are the minutes of the Sterling City Council Meetings. Minutes generally are taken by the city clerk. After approval, they are the official record of business. The minutes summarize discussions at council meetings and document all actions and decisions of the council. Information includes date and time of meetings, names of those present. Typical entries contain information about budgeting and finance; city ordinances; business and professional licensing procedures; department activities; and improvements in public service.
