Scope and Content

This series is made up of policies adopted by Spring City Municipal Corporation. A list of all policies (listing date and title) appears at the beginning. Since the list is small it is easy to find specific policies. Some policies are undated. Among the documents are policies for annexation, billing and payments, fees, utilities, purchase orders, on-call hours for city employees, snow plow priorities, meeting minutes, sick leave, reimburseable expenses, Fire Department, use of banners and signs, park use, etc. Also included are the "Land Use Policies in Sanpete County."
