Scope and Content
The juvenile court handles cases involving children under 18 years old. The cases involve children who are out of parental control, truant from school, or involved in such things as drinking, smoking, and fighting. The files contain such information as the name of the juvenile, the judge presiding, the date of hearings, orders or continuances and findings and conclusions. Also included are any correspondence to the judge concerning the juvenile in question.
