Scope and Content
This series contains student information cards created by the school as a permanent record of each student's participation and achievement at the school. Madison School was located at 2465 South State St. in South Salt Lake. For many years the school included both elementary and junior high grades, but the Junior High closed about 1958. Personal information on the cards includes the student's name, name of parent or guardian, address, telephone number, birth date, date of enrollment, etc. The cards also record attendance information, grades given in various subjects, and in some cases test scores, health evaluations, I.Q. scores, etc.

Chronological by time period, thereunder alphabetical by surname.
This series is divided into two date spans. The spans seem to be divided at 1948, but the division is not absolute.
