Scope and Content
This series is comprised of a single-volume index created by the court clerk in Box Elder County to facilitate access to probate registers of action. This index book provides a name, case number, and register number. It also notes the kind of case, whether adoption, guardianship, insanity or estate settlement. The volume indexes register books 7 through 12, and also includes hand-written citations for actions between 1964 and 1966.
