Scope and Content
These index books serve as a finding aid for the Registers of Action of the Utah Supreme Court. Index books present in this series correspond to the appropriate register of action book except in the case of book 13 which re-indexes entries found in books 3, 4, and 5.

This series was archivally processed by Jim Kichas in October 2005. The record books have been kept because of their intrinsic value, determined based on their status as a portion of the relatively few surviving historic records from the Utah Supreme Court.
