Scope and Content
This series contains subject files created and maintained by the Governor's Chief of Staff, Gary Doxey. The records document a variety of administrative duties within the governor's office as well as important issues taking place in the state including the Multi-state Anti-Terrorism Information Exchange (MATRIX) program.
