Scope and Content

This series contains information collected or created by the Utah Geological and Mineral Survey about special projects throughout the state. The records in this series include reports, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. Some of the projects studied by the UGMS include: the Central Utah Project (1984), the Gravity Maps Project (1978-1986), the Superconducting Super Collider Project bid (1985-1987), and the Jordanelle Project (1982-1992).
