Scope and Content
These books contain the legislative action of the Panguitch City Council to regulate, require, prohibit, govern, control, or supervise any activity, business, conduct, or condition authorized by UCA 10-3-701 to 715 (1997). Ordinances reflect a wide variety of issues including: city governance; local business; animal control; crime; public health; and public utilities. These ordinances have been codified and organized into chapters, section, and parts, and each published volume contains a searchable index and/or table of contents.
