Scope and Content
The Board of Directors of the Utah Arts Council (UAC) is comprised of thirteen members, each appointed to a four-year term by the Governor. Nine members represent individual artistic disciplines and four are appointed from the community at large. This series contains copies of letters of appointment signed by the Governor sent to new board members. There is some related correspondence from the UAC director also included.
