This is an alphabetical index of companies incorporated to do business in the State of Utah and was created by the Division of Corporations to facilitate access to the Incorporation Case Files. The series provides name of incorporation and case file number for corporations active, or only recently expired, at that time.

Alphabetical by corporation name

This series does not contain a complete listing of all corporations filed with the state over time. Researchers should consult the various indexes and card files to find the case number of the corporation they are researching.??Following the alphabetical listing of corporations is a listing of those corporations with names that begin with numbers.
