Scope and Content
These volumes are copies of the marriage certificate, filed for the record by the county clerk. The initial volume is a handwritten transcription of the certificate. The other two volumes are pre-printed forms into which data are entered. The copies note marriage date, bride and groom names and residence, officiator and witness names, and location of ceremony as well as the filing date and county clerk's signature. License numbers also have been noted for most.
Although the first volume overlaps the other two in dates, the entries do not appear to overlap.
