Scope and Content
These reports were published by the U.S. Soil Conservation Service in cooperation with the Division of Water Rights and the Division of Water Resources. The reports contain information pertaining to snow cover, precipitation, soil moisture, reservoir storage, and streamflow forecasts. The information in the reports is presented primarily through maps, charts and graphs. The 1969 report contains summary reports from 1924-1968.
