Series 20316Secretary of State Trademark samples
Dates: 1969-1975.
These records are housed in the Utah State Archives' permanent storage room.
Scope and Content
These samples were intended to act as a pictorial index to non-textual or graphic marks not easily described for the alphabetically arranged indexes. Each sample includes the mark, the date registered, the name of the registering person or organization, and the file number. Some samples also include the address of the registering body, the class of goods on which the mark is to be used, and the trademark' s expiration date.
Arrangement
Numerical by trademark number.
Research Note
These do not provide a complete sampling of the non-textual trademarks during this period. If the trademark is not present, the mark might be filed in the Trademark index cards, series 20317, under a description of the graphic elements contained in the mark.
