Scope and Content
These minutes cover the activities and discussions of a committee charged with investigating the organization, operations, and efficiency of government agencies and public utilities, from the committee's inception as a joint legislative committee to its conclusion as an independent committee defined by law (1933, 1935). The committee's meeting minutes ended in early 1937 after having published its reports and made recommendations on legislation.
