Scope and Content
This is an alphabetical index created by the Lucin Mining District Recorder to facilitate access to the mining records. The mining records indexes are arranged alphabetically by the name of the mining claims and locators of the mining claims. Mining records and their corresponding indexes, which constitute a legal record, are kept for the purpose of monitoring and registering mining claims and operations. The Lucin Mining District Recorder recorded mining operations in Box Elder County, Utah and Elko County, Nevada.
