Scope and Content
This is an index for oaths of office for companies incorporated to do business in Davis County. The index was created by the Davis County Clerk to facilitate access to the Incorporation Oaths of Office, and the Articles of Incorporation Record Books. The series provides the name of the corporation, corporation number, name of officer, title, number of oath, and date of filing.

Processing Note
Incorporation records and indexes were first scheduled as permanent records in 1978. The entire series was archivally processed by David Clark in September 1996. Microfilming was completed in August 2001 and this series inventory updated. After the microfilming was completed, the original index was destroyed.
