Scope and Content
This series contains appropriation requests, correspondence, and projected expenditures pertaining to each state agency for various fiscal years, as well as financial reports such as "Budget Work Programs for fiscal year, 1969" and "Appropriation Report, July 31, 1972". This series also includes oversized projected expenditures and appropriations reports. These materials were received and filed by Governor Rampton's office, presumably to aid Rampton in the preparation of his budget message to the Legislature.

Chronological by fiscal year, thereunder alphabetical by name.
Materials are filed within the fiscal year or biennium for which the information was intended (i.e., a 1972 report may be found filed within the 1973-1975 fiscal biennium as it is assumed that the information contained in the report was intended for consideration in planning the fiscal years following 1972.)
