Scope and Content
This series contains records of the meetings of the Board of Juvenile Justice Services. The board has the policy-making powers, duties, functions, rights, and responsibilities for operation of the youth corrections program. This record includes official minutes, as well as some agendas and meeting materials provided to the board members. Information in the minutes includes the date and location of the meeting, the individuals present, the items discussed, and the decisions reached. The meeting materials include such documents as reports, memos, and newspaper clippings.
