Scope and Content

This series is comprised of the following reports: "The Sex Offender in the Community," compiled by the Utah Committee Midcentury White House Conference on Children and Youth, a summary report of the same committee, and "Report on Engineer-Director, State Road Commission" prepared by the Utah Engineers Joint Committee.

Arrangement

None.

With a total of only three documents, this series has no systematic arrangement. Arrangement of the reports simply reflects the order in which they were microfilmed in 1979. Two of the reports have Governor Lee's name on them, making it clear that they came from the his office, but how they originally would have been filed in the office is not apparent.

Processing Note

This series was microfilmed in 1979 and the hard copy kept because of the intrinsic value of the papers. It was processed by Alan Barnett in January 2004 and scheduled in accordance with the Utah State Agency General Retention Schedule.
