Scope and Content
This series contains a volume of tributes to William Callaghan, director of the Division of Administrative Rules, The Division gathered the tributes following Callaghan's death in December 1992. The book was created as a gift to Callaghan's children and many of the tributes are in the form of letters addressed to them. Some are accompanied by biographical information about the sender.
In addition to the tributes, the series includes a number of items related to Callaghan, including his resume, photos of his family with Governor Leavitt, his obituary, the program from his funeral, and materials from the compilation of the book.

This series was transferred to the Utah State Archives from the Division of Administrative Rules in November of 1993.
