Scope and Content
This is the published report to the legislature, along with some background records used to create the report, of the Commission. The reports document their recommendations on revisions to the tax system. Special commissions were created by the 1921 legislature (ch. 133, Laws of Utah, 1921) and by the 1929 legislature (ch. 99, Laws of Utah, 1929).
