Scope and Content
Minutes created by the Wildlife Board (previously the Fish and Game Commission). According to UCA 23-14-2.6(a), the "Wildlife Board shall hold a sufficient number of public meetings each year to expeditiously conduct its business." The board is the oversight body for the Division of Wildlife Resources, establishing policies "best designed to accomplish the purposes and fulfill the intent of all laws pertaining to wildlife and the preservation, protection, conservation, perpetuation, introduction, and management of wildlife." (UCA 23-14-3).
